The Disruption Generator is a living experiment and theoretical oracular device. It starts with this question:
What can true randomness do once installed into the divination thought form?
The Disruption Generator aims for outliers and the unknown. Every word is chosen by a random word generator, meditated upon, interpreted into whatever the word may inspire visually, and made into a “card.” This card will function much like a single card Tarot pull, useful for simple questions and conundrums. I will come up with my own personal interpretation for the word and image in writing but suggest that you find your own meaning in the “card.” For further information, refer to the first card, my column on the three card spread, or my episode of Pragmagick.

A SPECIAL NOTE ON TODAY’S CARD
Today’s card is a special one, not only in that the symbol has strong personal resonance for me, but it also marks the halfway point in the Disruption Generator. Those of you that have listened to my interview with Keats on Pragmagick found out that I have a set number of cards that I will be creating and that number is one hundred twenty. To mark the occasion I invited some people to use the Disruption Generator to do readings for themselves, utilizing not just the cards I have posted thus far, but also the cards yet to be posted that I have drawn ahead.

In a classical Tarot spirit, these cards from the Disruption Generator (designed by Eric Millar of We The Hallowed), carry with them a similar spirit to the behaviors that the Page of Pentacles and Queen of Pentacles mean to me when they are out of sorts a bit. The feeling of Creep is of someone who is creeping specifically because they have been left behind: They are someone who means no harm, but the environment that they have been left in has caused them to change a bit, perhaps becoming less than appealing to be around. The “Creep” energy is a harmless one, but one that makes us uncomfortable and perhaps feels a bit clingy. This is the feeling of being uninvited, of being on the outside but wishing that we were within. “Creep” energy often does not understand why it is “Creepy”, only that it is perceived this way. This energy is often multiplied within us when we continue to lurk onto the energies which make us feel this way. What would it look like if this “Creep” energy got the validation it needs? How an it get that? How can we give it?
This is where the “Blindfold” comes in. The blindfold is a bit of tough love, both halting us from viewing that which leaves us in darkness and depression, as well as burning new information into our sight. Actually, burning new information into our sight isn’t the right wording….maybe instead, changing the lenses through which we perceive information? The blindfold is more than just an inhibitor, it is a time during which this particular kind of darkness allows us to reset, because we are not allowing ourselves to spiral down a rabbit hole of “missing out”, we are able to either cold turkey, or wean ourselves off of taking in information that we hope will give us validation but never will. This will allow us time to devote to activities and meanings which do celebrate and validate us.
Finally, “The Crop” is the end of a cycle. We have done all that we could, and the results turned out more favorable than fail. Healthy crops are the results of a test that has been passed, and judgement that has been returned positive. From this harvest, new boons and treasures can be held (real things! In our hands!) and implement into our lives moving forward. The old needs and desires have been replaced with newer, healthier versions. Growth is achieved.

Do some writing about what you want your relationship to it
Will look like in the future.
Seek out networks and friendships that give you the validation you need.
